Personal Identification & Documents
Please bring the following essentials with you:
- Valid photo ID or driver’s license
- Insurance card and healthcare documents
- Emergency contact information
Clothing
Pack comfortable, season-appropriate clothing for your stay (typically 30 days to 6 months). We recommend:
- Layers to adjust to changing weather
- Sleepwear and cozy casual clothes
- Closed-toe shoes for daily use and walking
- Sports wear for exercise and recreation
Personal Items
These everyday items will help you feel prepared and cared for:
- Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, soap, feminine hygiene products)
- Medications in original bottles with prescription labels
- Small towel and washcloth
Spiritual & Comfort Items
Bring items that support your faith, reflection, and comfort:
- Bible or other spiritual materials

What Not to Bring
