Get Help TodayAt Faith Recovery, volunteers play a vital role in making our house feel like home. With deep roots in the 757 and a rich history of service on the Peninsula, our volunteers have become part of the daily rhythm of life here.
When graduates reflect on their journey, they often remember the people who showed up along the way; the ones who offered a meal, gave a ride, joined in worship, or simply extended kindness during a difficult season. These moments of care leave a lasting impact.
Ways to Serve
There are so many meaningful ways to walk alongside someone in recovery.
We welcome those with a heart to serve in a variety of ways:
- Help host a community event.
- Prepare and share a meal.
- Join in campus life and offer encouragement.
- Engage in fleet vehicle repair and maintenance
- Work in our Thrift Store
- Serve as a FR Ambassador
- Assist with general maintenance at both Men’s and Women’s facilities
- Drive to transport residents to job sites, medical appointments, etc.
(A copy of your driving record will be required) - Become one of our certified substance abuse counselors
Each opportunity is shaped by what best supports the safety, dignity, and healing of the men and women we serve.
Why Volunteer?
When you give your time at Faith Recovery, you’re becoming part of someone’s story. Your presence can create memories of hope, encouragement, and belonging that stay with our residents long after they graduate.
