Travis Hall has faithfully served at Faith Recovery since 2008, stepping into the role of President & CEO in 2015 after succeeding the organization’s founder. A program alumnus himself (2001), Travis experienced firsthand the life-changing transformation that comes through a personal relationship with Christ and the application of Biblical and recovery principles. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology: Addiction & Recovery and a Master’s in Human Services: Executive Leadership. Additionally, he is licensed by the Virginia Department of Health Professionals as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. Travis’s personal faith and recovery journey fuel his passion to provide the highest quality care, equipping clients for long-term, sustainable success. He is also a proud husband to his wife, Dawn, and devoted father of five.

Conor Yeomans has been with Faith Recovery since 2018 and currently serves as the organization's Chief Clinical Officer. As program graduate himself (2017) Conor feels a deep passion to help others experience the same freedom he has through his own recovery and faith in Jesus Christ. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health and Addictions Counseling from The College of William & Mary. Additionally, he is licensed by the Virginia Department of Health Professionals as both a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner. Conor deeply believes in the healing power of combining clinically based practices with biblical principles and teachings, having seen firsthand the transformational power of this combination. He lives in Williamsburg, VA with his loving wife Keaton and two beautiful daughters.

Mandi began her journey with Faith Recovery in 2017 as a part-time intern, traveling from Fredericksburg to Newport News each week to serve. She slowly and steadily grew through multiple roles before stepping into her current position as Development Director. With a Bachelor of Science in Communications & Public Relations and a Certification in Nonprofit Management, she combines strategic expertise with a heart for service. Her passion for community and connection has helped strengthen partnerships, grow fundraising efforts, and expand resources for men and women in recovery. Guided by her personal mantra, Praesis ut prosis, which means “lead that you may serve,” Mandi approaches each event, committee, and project with humility and purpose. Her faith in God and her passion for creating spaces of healing and restoration serve as the foundation of her work. She lives in Williamsburg, VA with her young daughter, Hadley, who lights up her world and inspires her to be creative, compassionate, and resilient in everything she does.

Russell joined Faith Recovery in 2024 and currently serves as the organizations Chief Operations Officer and Director of Peer Services (Men). Though his own recovery journey he has developed a deep fervor to help those struggling find meaning and purpose in their lives. He is licensed by the Virginia Department of Health Professionals as a Registered Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and has worked in the treatment field for many years using his experience to help others find a sustainable path forward. Russell enjoys playing pickleball, reading, and has a strong interest in history. He resides in Williamsburg, VA. His personal faith is reflected in Psalm 4:7 “You have put more joy in my heart than when their grain and wine abound.”

Caroline began her career in compliance at a small New York City-based sales firm, where she later advanced to the role of Chief Financial Officer. After relocating to Virginia, her path took a more personal and meaningful turn. She first joined Faith Recovery as a volunteer, dedicating her time and effort to support the organization’s mission. Through her commitment and hard work, she played a vital role in helping Faith Recovery achieve CARF accreditation, a significant milestone that underscored the organization’s dedication to quality and excellence. In 2025, she became the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Compliance at Faith Recovery, leveraging her extensive expertise and unwavering dedication to ensure the organization’s success. Her unique blend of professional skills and personal lived experience enables her to connect deeply with the community, making a meaningful impact on the lives of those Faith Recovery serves. Her leadership continues to inspire her colleagues and drive the organization’s growth and positive change. Caroline has her Master's degree in economics from Rutgers University and lives in Surry, VA with her loving husband, Justin, and two children, Serafina and Soren.

Kaitlin is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in addiction recovery. With expertise in medication management and co-occurring mental health conditions, Kaitlin integrates evidence-based care with Christian based principles to support lasting recovery. Her holistic approach focuses on treating the mind, body, and spirit while empowering individuals to restore hope and resilience. Kaitlin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Liberty University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University. She has worked for 10 years in nursing and continued her education by earning a Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Chamberlain University. With a strong belief in the power of collaboration, Kaitlin works closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient receives the most holistic and effective care possible. She provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where patients can explore their mental health challenges and work toward healing. She is committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in mental health care, and addiction. She strives to reduce the stigma around mental health and addiction while delivering comprehensive and empathetic care to those in need.

Rachel joined Faith Recovery in 2023 as an intern working to gain her Master’s in Addiction Counseling. Her clinical expertise and passion to help others made her a great fit for continued service at Faith Recovery. She started her career as a counselor and through her dedication she quickly took on additional responsibilities and currently serves as the Director of Clinical Services for Faith Recovery’s Men’s program. Rachel’s own personal loss and life experiences have helped her develop a deep empathy towards those struggling with addiction and trauma. This insight, her clinical experience, and her faith and relationship with God serve as the cornerstone of her professional identity. Rachel's additional education includes an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Additionally, she is licensed by the Virginia Department of Health Professionals as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor.

Justine is a U.S. Navy veteran, published author, counselor, and entrepreneur whose career reflects steady growth in service and leadership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and a master’s in Education and spent over a decade serving the military community before founding a nonprofit that later merged with Columbia University in 2021. That same year, she transitioned into behavioral health, completing addiction counseling studies while working as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, later advancing into case management and counseling roles specializing in severe co-occurring disorders. She is now pursuing a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, working toward LPC and LSATP credentials, with plans for a PhD in Neuroscience to impact research, education, and policy on trauma, mental illness, and addiction recovery. As Vice President of the Board for VOCAL Virginia, she also advocates for stronger mental health policy and access to care across the state. Outside of her professional work, Justine is a proud mother of three, embracing her transition into “empty nester” life and enjoying outdoor adventures, fitness, meditation, live music, and time in nature with family and friends.

Katina Hayes is the Director of Admissions for Faith Recovery, bringing over 3 years of specialized experience managing admissions across all ASAM levels of care. As the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking treatment, she guides clients through the admissions process with compassion and professionalism, ensuring they are connected to the level of care that best meets their needs. With more than 30 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Aide, Katina has developed a strong foundation in patient care, which she now applies to supporting individuals living with severe substance use disorders. Her expertise and passion lie in breaking down barriers to treatment and creating a welcoming, supportive entry point for those pursuing recovery. Outside of her professional role, Katina treasures time with her family and friends and begins each week in church, giving praise and honor to God for all He has done and will continue to do.

Iney Weaver is a Registered Peer Recovery Specialist (PRS) with the Virginia Board of Counseling, a Certified Trainer for the 72-hour PRS program, and an experienced leader in recovery support, supervision, and program development. Since beginning her career in 2020 with the Virginia Department of Corrections under the State Opioid Response Grant, she has advanced from providing direct support at Chesapeake Probation & Parole to supervising eight PRSs across the Eastern Region and later serving with community-based and mental health organizations. She holds multiple credentials, including Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional, NAMI Peer-to-Peer graduate, trauma resilience training, REVIVE! Trainer, and CPR/First Aid certification. An alumna of Faith Recovery, Iney now leads the Women’s Program Peer Services Department, where she draws on her lived experience and professional expertise to expand peer-driven programming, integrate evidence-based practices, and foster sustainable recovery outcomes. Outside of her professional role, Iney is a proud mother of six who treasures family time. She loves all things summer, enjoys cooking and eating good food, and finds joy in creating meaningful moments with loved ones.

Bryan Rowles is a Navy veteran, Registered Peer Recovery Specialist, and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor Assistant (CSAC-A) with Faith Recovery’s Men’s Residential Program. In this role, he provides clinical support, case management, and peer services in collaboration with the clinical team to help men build stability and achieve lasting sobriety. He previously served as Director of Peer Services at Evolution House, overseeing more than 25 Peer Recovery Specialists across multiple ASAM levels of care. Bryan also held leadership roles with the Salvation Army in Alexandria, Virginia, serving as Warehouse Production Supervisor and later Intake Coordinator, where he served as the first point of contact responsible for orienting new clients to the program by explaining requirements, rules and regulations as well as dormitory and work therapy assignments, and other issues that may arise using his lived experience in recovery. Rowles also served as a liaison to all outside agencies such as probation officers, courts, social security benefit offices, food stamps, identification cards, and other documents that are meaningful to each client's long term recovery success. With faith-based roots, clinical expertise, and lived experience in recovery, he brings a holistic approach to treatment and is committed to empowering individuals and fostering long-term recovery. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys playing and watching all sports, outdoor activities, and relaxing on the beach.

Crystal Stevens, CSAC-A, is a proud Faith Recovery alumna whose career reflects dedication and growth. She began as an intern and quickly advanced from Case Manager in the men’s residential program to her current role as Women’s Program Case Manager. In this position, she provides assessments, transition planning, and connections to outpatient care, sober living, and community resources. Actively pursuing her CSAC credential and a Human Services degree at Virginia Peninsula Community College, with plans to continue at Old Dominion University, Crystal combines academic training with her lived experience in recovery. With expertise in navigating Virginia’s mental health system and a passion for providing excellent client care, she is committed to helping individuals build resilience, achieve stability, and sustain long-term sobriety. Outside of her professional role, Crystal is a proud mother of three who treasures time with her family and friends. She loves being near the water, finding peace and renewal there, and is learning to fully embrace her own journey of self-discovery and growth.

Jean Paul Thorne is the Educational Director, teacher, and pastoral counselor at Faith Recovery. Since beginning his work with Faith Recovery in 2004, Jean Paul has dedicated his life to ministry and helps others navigate their journey to recovery. He holds a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling with a Cognate in Addictions from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s in Christian Counseling and Leadership from Ascent College. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling through Liberty University. Additionally, he is licensed by the Virginia Department of Health Professionals as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. Jean Paul’s own struggle with addiction, overcome through grace, professional treatment, and faith, has deeply shaped his approach to recovery. He believes in Faith Recovery’s power—founded on personal experience, clinical training, and spiritual conviction—and is passionate about guiding others toward healing and hope.
